Steve graduated from the Air Force Academy as a 2nd Lt. with a BS in Astronautical Engineer, He then earned a Public Policy Masters from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government. He was a Top Gun fighter pilot and later President of Air University and later Commander Air Education and Training Command . After retiring as a Lt. General he became President of Genesis Systems LLC, the #1 startup company in America before joining SpaceBilt.
